fix(proxy): 修复ForwardProxy和TcpProxyManager的Clone trait实现
- 为ForwardProxy添加Clone trait派生以支持克隆操作
- 为TcpProxyManager添加Clone trait派生以支持克隆操作
- 在ProxyServer中初始化forward_proxy和tcp_proxy_manager字段
- 确保项目能够正常编译通过
- 验证所有7个测试用例均能通过
- 通过clippy代码质量检查
